We regret if the description of the general location for these listings has caused any confusion. In both cases where we mention that a listing is 'above' a given location, it is actually in the literal sense - Alize is located on the 4th floor of the same building which houses Red Bean Cafe on the first floor. Similarly, Panda is located on the 2nd floor of the Kaldi's building.
